People come to me feeling lost, stuck, overwhelmed, struggling and not confident.
I help them understand their journey and why things have happened and the impact of these situations – so that they can take aligned action that moves them into the future.
Helping them to unravel the complexities of themselves – understanding themselves on a deeper level, so that the issues lessen their hold – healing takes place organically within them.
They can then take aligned action to create conscious choices in their lives.
You may have scars and wounds from life experiences and beliefs, playing small because you feel undeserving.
You long to be
free
Free from the confusion and overwhelm that this can create.
You know deep down that staying in this energy will only lead to more unhappiness and misery.
Whilst at the same time compounding your confusion and shame or guilt by staying safe, afraid to step outside of your comfort zone.
I help you to understand your journey, why things have happened and how these situations play out in your life today. This allows you to move into the future with a clearer perspective of who you are and what will work for you.
I love helping to unravel your inner complexities, as it helps you to understand yourself on a deeper level, so the issues lessen their hold and allows healing to take place organically within you.
This helps you to take aligned action to create conscious choices in your life. I use my ability of intuition to seek out the truth of your unconscious mind and bridge the gap to the conscious – this knowledge can be truly empowering.
The unconscious mind shows itself in our daily patterns – be it positive or negative. We are not our patterns/thoughts or emotions – these are simply expressions of where we are right now. Recognising these and clearing/addressing them where needed brings about clarity and feeling deserving, worthy, contentment and fulfilled.
